HISTORY:

In 1996 Interactive Entertainment was born in Europe. It quickly became a full time operation and was officially incorporated in Germany where the name was changed to CIBR. The company continued to evolve and in the summer of 2001 it moved all operations to the United States where it became known as Twin Partners LLC. The company grew by both facilitating high profile projects in the Mid-West and successfully securing major contracts and partnerships in the Mid-Atlantic. Within as little as 2 years Twin Partners LLC had successfully secured contracts in both the Mid-West and the East Coast. By 2004 Twin Partners secured major contracts with the United States Federal Government.
