David spent 10 years as an IT/IS Engineer with MasterCard/EUROCARD before moving to Interactive Entertainment in 1996. Interactive Entertainment eventually became Twin Partners LLC in 2001. He obtained several awards while and is a veteran of the Louisiana National Guard, United States Army, and the United States Army Reserves. He obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree from ASU and a Master of Business Degree from Florida State University.

David has been the driving force behind Twin Partners LLC. He is responsible for sky-rocketing it’s success from an unknown to a main player in Federal and Corporate Information Technology. Twin Partners LLC has successfully secured contracts with several entities of the United States Federal Government and the State of Virginia. These include the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, National Security Agency, Transportation Security Administration, and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Twin Partners LLC has successfully secured contracts with major players in the Banking, Financial, and Insurance industries that include names like Capital One Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank, GEICO, Progressive Insurance, Union Investment Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank, and Zions Bancorporation. Twin Partners LLC has also sub-contracted with and is a preferred partner of International Business Machines, Lockheed Martin Corporation, and Northrop Grumman Corporation.
